Our processes have changed during Covid and we want to ensure our clients that we have your health and best interests in mind, so we have added some new features to our established processes to keep all of us safe and healthy. 
We will ask all prospective buyers to initial a Buyer’s Covid Declaration Form.  The form will be sent to you via the program Docusign whereby you can initial the form electronically.
You will be expected to wear a mask during the showing.
  • Only those who will be named on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale are to attend the showing.  No children or extended family. **** Exceptions may be accommodated with the Sellers permission. 
  • All offer paperwork will be electronically signed via Docusign.
  • All offers will be handled via Zoom or phone.
We hope these above-mentioned protocols will help you to feel more comfortable with the real estate process during these unprecedented times.
