The open house was a success, the house sold the very next day. When you think about the timeline from listing to selling, 4 days if you include the home review, photographs, MLS listing, open house and “SOLD” sign on the front lawn.

The price we agreed to with the purchaser was a fair price and one that both of us were satisfied with.
